The pandemic brought us uncertainty in many aspects of life; we wanted to continue engaging with customers and other healthcare professionals, focusing on serving customers throughout lockdown and being ready to support hospitals in person once restrictions lifted and surgery was once again on the agenda.
We were grateful that our education programme gave us that focus; we aimed to create educational content, share expert opinions, and create debate within our field. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone that was part of that story.
Staying connected to our customers through new media was challenging but a lot of fun. Running Instagram live series, webinars, and smaller online discussion groups have helped shape the direction we now find ourselves heading.
Initially, we created JOE-L, our e-learning page with an abundance of homemade content; JOE-L is a categorised library for watch again; you’ll find links to e-learning opportunities from ourselves and our partners, all housed on a specific web page JOE-L. We’re delighted to continue working with clinicians to grow this website area.
We recently created ‘CLaSS’ (Clinical Literature and Surgery Skills). This page links you to all supporting evidence, literature and product details for all the areas we specialise in. CLaSS is a speciality page and not product-specific. Sit down and get ready for CLaSS.
We are now enjoying being back to face to face meetings and have many opportunities throughout 2022.
